Adam  Payne is a pragmatic and innovative Senior Executive Leader and Lean Practice professional, with 20+ years Management and Business Improvement experience. He has been responsible for Strategy Development and Execution, Business Excellence and Operations Management in a number of Blue Chip/Private Equity organisations including Doncasters Group, Goodrich, Unipart and McKechnie Plc.

He is Fellow with  the Chartered Management Institute, qualified in Lean, TOC and Six Sigma and through the Institute of Leadership and Management in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring.”
